PROJECT STARLINE

SMART HIGHWAY
This technology was developed by the designer, Daan Roosegaarde together with the human infrastructure. It won the Dutch design award, the adventure innovation awarded, and also the 2013 index award.
The idea is simple; to equip unlit rural roads with special luminous strips at the sides. They store the sun's energy during the clay, and at night they use it, maintain brightness for 8 hours. The light generator doesn't dazzle, it just delicately outlines the silhouette of the road, and above all, decorates the space. The project was first implemented on the N329 highway not far from the Dutch town of OS.
However, the designer is still working to extend it worldwide.
TEVA PLANTER
It took a total of three years to create this product.

The Rails mounted above the stove on the ceiling. Attached to them it's a mobile module equipped with a pair of robotic arms. They can take the dishes out of the cupboards, pick up the food, cut it, mix it, and do absolutely what people do in the kitchen.

GOODYEAR RECHARGE

This decorative panel is capable of replacing a whole window. It fills the room with light that feels looks and moves just like natural light coming through conventional windows.
