See What Bishop David Oyedepo said At Pastor Dare's Burial

While whimpering sobs and free flow of emotions on Tuesday afternoon, 11th May, 2020, as the remains of Pastor Dare Adeboye was laid to rest, we all find it difficult to walk alone in dark places, the forest, the deserted city streets, through the mysteries of death and our unanswered questions.

It's indeed a solemn moment, we look for a hand to hold, a shoulder to weep on, another body to cling to — anything that will reassure us that we are not alone even as cleric was buried after a Farewell Service at the Youth Centre, Redemption Camp, along the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway.

Attending at the farewell service were his wife, Temiloluwa; his three daughters; his brother, Leke Adeboye, other siblings; the Presiding Bishop of the Living Faith Church Worldwide aka Winners’ Chapel, David Oyedepo; his wife, Faith; as well as his son, Pastor David Oyedepo Jr.

In Bishop David Oyedepo powerful speech at the burial premise, he consoled the entire family as he began,

"Every challenge of life requires a constant. Every problem in life requires a constant for solution. Let God be true is a our constant; ever reliable, ever sure – He knows what He's doing.

He said what I do now thou knowest not, but thou shall know hereafter. No going back,  we shall be forward ever – for the entire family, it shall be forward ever,  in Redeem Christian Church of God (RCCG) it shall be forwarded ever, for the body of Christ it shall be forward ever".

Bishop David gave the powerful speech thereafter necessitating the church to pray to pray for the bereaved family.

"Please help me, stretch forth your hands in the direction of the immediate family members here, and let's ask God's hand to rest upon the entire family; the wife,  the three children; their siblings and their families.

Ask the Lord –let your good hand remain upon every member  of this family till the end of time. Ask the Holy Spirit, the comforter,  to sweep-in right now into the heart and soul of everyone including our parents in the Lord.  Ask the Lord to strengthen them...and cover them with his wings and build a wall of fire around every one.  Let's do that from the depth of our heart. In Jesus name". He led the well wishers, who were in attendance to utter a word of prayer for the family.

Rest on God's general

Our joys will be greater, our love will be deeper, our life will be fuller. We share your moments, pastor Dare Adeboye.
