Many Have Died. See Why You Should Stop Eating Fried Meat.


Nigeria is one of the countries that takes a stand in a boom demand for meat which offers potential health hazards amid over 200 million people especially an emerging middle class.

A report has it— "According to government estimates, Nigeria consumes 360,000 tonnes of beef each year, accounting for half of all West Africa.

In per-capita terms, consumption is low compared with advanced economies, but it is growing fast, and expected to quadruple by 2050."

Today people still find it unpalatable to eat delicious meals without a beef. I mean, It's rare to find people eating delicious meals like Bitterleaf soup, Egusi soup, Afang soup, diaspora vegetable soup, Oha (Ora) soup, Achi, Ofe nsala, Okro soup, assorted types of rice, e.t.c. without fried beef.

Recent broadcast has the World Beef Consumption Per Capita (Ranking of Countries)

It's alarming about that the world consumed 129.5 billion pounds of beef in 2016. You could imagine the increase in the recent years till date. Meanwhile, Uruguay took the lead since in 2016 followed by Argentina and Hong Kong.


Most people could not do away with the fried meat stuff as they say it's proteinous and without it food isn't complete. In as much as meat is considered enjoyable, there are certain people who not be eating beef anymore.

Even as most of you might be wondering who shouldn't eat it and why?

I guess you wouldn't like to eat fried meat if you'd find out the following popular health complications. And If you're suffering from any of these  medical conditions, it's high time you stayed away from fried meats.

Diabetes

Diabetes is a disease characterized by excessive excretion of urine. It affect blood sugar level in the body.


Doctors usually advise people with diabetes to stay away from sugar, processed foods and highly fat food.

A type of Diabetes called Diabetes mellitus is especially serious in young people, coma and death resulting from acidosis in untreated or inefficiently treated cases. So you see, It's better preventing it to curing.

Therefore, you could eat more of boiled meats, chicken and eggs instead.

Funny enough most people could weigh above 95kg and wouldn't know that they're...OBESSED already.


High calorie diet which contains over 4,000 calorie (16750 J) mostly  found in fried foods and junks, could cause weight increase. So if you wish to lose weight stay clear from fried meats. Being OBESSED is no good health. So stay healthy with good foods.

Ulcer

Ulcer is a painful development on the lining of the stomach or small intestine. It's an erosion or loss of continuity of the skin or of mucous membrane. A very common ulcer a large number of Nigerians suffer from is the peptic ulcer which erodes through the thickness of the wall of the the stomach.

On several cases, ulcer patients are advised to stay away from fried foods generally as they can trigger the pains and in most severe cases could cause death. And as we know fried meats are highly fats so it is detrimental  your health.
