Just in: ‘'Omo Ghetto" Hits Cinemas Today

‘Omo Ghetto’ translated: Child of the Ghetto (The Saga), the second installment of Funke Akindele’s 2010 hit movie of the same title, hits cinemas nationwide on 28th December 2020.

Much more, the movie features a rich cast of Nollywood and Yoruba movie actors like Chioma Akpotha (as Chummy Choko), Eniola Badmus (as Busty), Bimbo Thomas (as Nikky), Akah Nnani (as Mario), and Alex Ekubo (Obi Wire) and the rest of them-Yemi Alade, Naira Marley, Slimcase, and AY comedian, I presume it will be a great time for Akindele’s career to be in the limelight as the flick defines and shots her to super-stardom.

The movie, a prototype of the original version story told of a set of twins who were separated at birth and are living completely different lives.

While one was raised in the ghetto and leader of a notorious female gang,  the other was a studied forerunner of affluence, whose weak point anger.  Few experiences are more traumatic than you just could imagine; the aftermath when they actually meet. I bet you find out!

#omoghetothesagamovie will be showing at  Blue Picture Cinema Onika, City Mall, Lagos Island. Make sure you turn up with family and friends!
