Insecurity Concerns: Imo State is flooded with blood

Today, May 31st the IPOB’s leader, Nnamdi Kanu had issued an order that restricts movement of residents in the five eastern states without considering authority of governors of the region.

The streets are deserted, even the Federal Government’s order is treated irreverently. At this point vehicular movement, trading, schooling in the southeast states are currently subjected to restriction.

Economic activities  are paralyzed as fear grips both natives and strangers in many locations because the effect will be violent and probably bloody on violating the rules whenever one is found outside. The effect reverse  government’s assurance that people should come out and that they would be protected.

The wreak mayhem accompanies in southeast the last few months, with series bombing, attack on helpless policemen, police stations, INEC offices, amongst others on daily basis. No one  would need to be told to stay away to salvage their lives, especially when there is completely declination of confidence in governments.

The unrest happens in the following states: Umuahia, the Abia capital, Enugu, Owerri, in Mbise, Ebonyi, Anambra, and adjoining villages. Residents stayed back home, leaving the streets, especially the ever-busy city center.

  7. This is just too bad... Why seek so bad to split Biafra from Nigeria with the blood of innocent citizens instead of working as one Nigeria to make Nigeria better? Even though atrocities were committed in the past, there's still a little space for forgiveness .. a little space to move forward... I'm an Ika Guy, part of Igbo... But I believe strongly that Biafra shouldn't be separated... The blood is too much... Lord Come to our rescue
